Tape and Cartoseal are as one whole. Cartoseal’s tapes are the best selling product, they count for more then 50% of annual sales. “With more than 32% of the market in packaging tapes, we are the market leader in the Netherlands” says Guido Aarts, the proud president of the Cartoseal Team.

“ We produce almost 2 million m2 per week, that’s a roll of tape 1 meter wide from here to Athens, Greece.” Appalling numbers that point to an endless market. “Unfortunately that’s not the case,” according to Aarts. “On the other hand, Packaging is one of the few markets that is still growing, with approximately 5% per year.” Team Cartoseal has expanded lately, Cartoseal is no longer only in the Benelux, it now has ‘teammates’ in Germany, England, Belgium, and France. Cartoseal is one of the few companies that has the capability to cut tapes to specific widths, lengths and can also print tape and stretchfilms with logos and other prints.

Never the less we want to do more with in our field of expertise and with recently started initiatives for consumer rolls and a enormous investment and dedication for specialty, masking and duct tapes, we will soon be the single source for all tape solutions.

In stock and distribution Cartoseal is also known as the supermarket for wholesalers. Approximately 90% of our sales is ready for distribution at any quality and quantity. This expertise is exactly why this company is unique. Comp-colleagues get their tapes from (mostly) Italy; their shipping times range from two up to ten weeks. Often large scale users use tape only to package the product and it’s often forgotten to be ordered when supplies are running low. Therefore Cartoseal’s policy is to deliver its products as fast as possible. After all stopping production because you have to wait on a tape supply is very costly and stressful.

It can be transparent, from crystal clear tot misty; and is also available in a wide array of modern colors. Aarts says “I think its terrible that other companies don’t notice all the differences and compete solely with the price and not the product.”
